Cut Piece Dustproof Separating Agent
Formulated as water-based eco-friendly emulsion with low VOC and low odor, this separating agent contains no pungent solvents. It delivers outstanding anti-sticking performance to separate stacked rubber sole cuttings and prevent adhesion between die-cut rubber sheets. It also provides reliable dustproof capability by forming a thin isolating film on rubber surfaces and lowering dust absorption during storage. The product does not interfere with follow-up vulcanization, adhesion and surface finishing processes of rubber soles.
It creates a thin transparent barrier without white powder precipitation, preventing surface blooming and contamination of shoe materials.
