Transparent Sampling Glue For Shoe Making, Temporary Position Adhesive For Mesh & EVA Shoe Sample
Transparent Shoe Sampling Glue features a water-based transparent formula that leaves barely any marks after peeling and preserves the appearance of shoe samples. Developed for temporary positioning, it can be effortlessly removed after sample stitching without damaging base materials. Equipped with a pointed nozzle squeeze bottle, it enables precise glue output control to prevent overflow and material waste. Compatible with mesh fabric, EVA foam, leather, shoe linings and other common prototype materials, it cures naturally at room temperature without heating equipment, facilitating convenient operation in sample rooms.

Widely used in footwear sample development rooms, shoe design workshops, small-batch prototype production lines and shoemaking material laboratories, this glue delivers temporary alignment and fixation for mesh uppers, EVA midsoles, leather cut pieces and lining materials during sample manufacturing. It supports trial sewing, trimming and assembly prior to formal mass production, and is ideal for prototype development of sports shoes, casual shoes, leather shoes and children’s footwear. Its peelable temporary adhesion achieves residue-free positioning and improves precision and efficiency throughout shoe sample development.
Prior to application, remove dust and oil contaminants from material surfaces and ensure bonding areas are dry and clean. Unscrew the cap, squeeze gently to dot or thinly coat glue on positioning sections, align and lightly press the materials, then wait 3–5 minutes for initial positioning before stitching, trimming and other processing. The adhesive can be peeled directly once sample fabrication is finished. Tighten the bottle cap promptly after use and wipe residual glue on the nozzle to avoid clogging.
Store the product in a cool, dry and ventilated area away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. Keep bottles sealed when idle to prevent water evaporation and thickening of the glue. Maintain an upright position during storage and transportation; avoid inversion and heavy compression to prevent leakage. Keep away from fire sources and out of reach of unauthorized personnel and children.

Wipe the nozzle and secure the cap after each use, and conduct weekly inspections for agglomeration or excessive thickening; slightly blocked nozzles can be cleaned with warm water. Avoid prolonged skin and eye contact and ingestion. In case of accidental splashing into eyes, rinse thoroughly with abundant clean water. Waste glue and empty bottles must be sorted and disposed of following local environmental regulations; do not pour waste liquid directly into water sources. Officially named Transparent Shoe Sampling Glue, it is also referred to as temporary positioning adhesive or shoe prototype glue, specially formulated for alignment during shoe sample development.
It works with mesh fabric, EVA foam, genuine leather, synthetic leather, shoe linings and cardboard. Initial positioning takes 3 to 5 minutes at 25°C, and minor adjustments can be made before curing. This is not a permanent adhesive and can be stripped off after processing. The water-based transparent system leaves minimal traces on most shoe materials and causes no corrosion. The precision nozzle prevents glue overflow, and reliable temporary fixation reduces sample scrapping caused by misalignment to cut raw material loss. Boasting a water-based composition that meets mainstream environmental standards for the footwear industry, the reusable glue bottle and standardized waste disposal support clean and eco-friendly sample development workflows.
