Eco-Friendly Screen Printing Ink for Footwear Sample Printing
This water-based screen printing ink specially formulated for footwear samples adopts a high-end eco-friendly water-based formula with extremely low odor and zero heavy metal residues, fully complying with domestic and international environmental testing standards for footwear. It is perfectly tailored for shoe factory sample rooms, design proofing and small-batch trial production scenarios.
Boasting strong coverage, bright and uniform color rendering, the ink delivers full and clean pattern effects with a single print without repeated overprinting, greatly improving the overall efficiency of footwear color matching, product development and sample confirmation. Featuring exceptional adhesion to various footwear materials including canvas uppers, fly-knit fabrics, polyester mesh, PU leather and shoe foam materials, the ink forms a flexible and elastic paint film after curing.

It can withstand bending and twisting of shoe uppers without cracking, peeling or flaking during long-term wear. With a fine, smooth texture and excellent mesh permeability, it prints sharp, clear fine lines and delicate LOGO patterns without blurring or edge bleeding, fully meeting the high-precision printing requirements of footwear surface patterns. The cured ink layer features superior elasticity and outstanding wash resistance, maintaining intact and vivid printed patterns after repeated bending and multiple washes to meet the durability standards of finished footwear products.
Packaged in independent 500g small cans, the ink precisely matches the dosage requirements of footwear color proofing, sample development and small-batch trial production, completely avoiding waste caused by crusting and deterioration of traditional large-barrel ink during long-term idle storage. Equipped with an inner aluminum foil sealing structure, the cans provide excellent tightness to prevent ink drying and crusting, ensuring a long and stable shelf life under normal storage conditions.

Highly versatile, the ink is compatible with conventional screen printing meshes and squeegees without requiring special equipment, enabling simple and convenient operation in sample rooms. It achieves precise batch color difference control to ensure high consistency between sample colors and mass production colors. Supporting multi-color blending and customized color matching according to color cards and physical samples, it flexibly meets personalized design demands for various upper patterns, LOGOs and texts.
Widely applicable to footwear sample development rooms, design studios, customized shoe stores and small-batch production lines, it is ideal for screen printing patterns, logos and texts on canvas shoes, casual shoes, fly-knit running shoes, PU leather shoes and more. Before use, fully stir the ink evenly and adjust the viscosity with special thinner if needed; fine printing can be achieved with conventional 100–180 mesh screens. The ink can be cured by natural air drying or accelerated baking at 80℃ for 8–12 minutes to enhance adhesion and wash resistance. It enjoys stable storage performance with a 12-month shelf life in cool and dry environments. The water-based, low-pollution formula allows standardized disposal of waste ink, featuring low material loss, stable color presentation and strong adhesion. It is a high-performance eco-friendly screen printing ink indispensable for footwear sample development, color proofing and small-batch screen printing production.
