This professional toe puff and heel counter activator adopts a high-penetration formula that quickly permeates the interior of thermoplastic toe puff and heel counter substrates to fully activate the adhesive layer. Standard operating procedures are standardized and straightforward: die-cut the toe puff and heel counter into required shapes before application, then evenly coat the inner side with the activator while controlling dosage to avoid excessive soaking and material damage. After full liquid penetration, proceed with hot-press shaping according to standard process parameters. 

Always tighten the can lid immediately after use to prevent solvent volatilization and concentration deviation, and wear chemical-resistant gloves during operation to avoid direct skin and eye contact. For warehouse storage, place containers upright in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area, away from open flames, high heat sources and direct sunlight. Keep the cans tightly sealed after opening and store separately from strong oxidizing chemicals. Stack cartons properly to prevent container deformation and liquid leakage caused by compression.

 Conduct daily inspections for lid tightness and can integrity, and clean up spilled liquid promptly. Perform monthly sampling checks for turbidity and sediment, and follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory principle. When switching to new batches, complete compatibility tests with toe puff samples before formal mass production. Equipped with thickened leak-proof HDPE cans with threaded leak-proof lids and portable handles, each standard package weighs 5 KG.
