3. Operating Instructions (Simplified)

3.1 Pre-operation Inspection

• Oil level: maintain at 1/2–2/3 of the sight glass

• Ensure correct threading without tangling

• Check that presser foot, needle position and safety covers are securely fastened

• Verify power supply, foot pedal and emergency stop function

3.2 Basic Operation

• Power on → wait for system self-check

• Speed control: foot pedal (light press = slow, deep press = fast)

• Stitch adjustment: set 3–12 mm via dial

• Head lifting: manual or automatic lift up to 50 mm

• Presser foot: automatic or manual lift up to 20 mm

• Needle stopping position: computer-controlled (up/down)

3.3 Threading & Bobbin

• Top thread: thread stand → tensioner → thread guides → needle

• Bobbin thread: fill bobbin fully → install in shuttle hook → draw up bobbin thread

• Stitch tension adjustment:

• Tight top thread: loosen top tension nut

• Tight bobbin thread: loosen small screw on bobbin case

3.4 Maintenance

• Daily: clean needle plate, feed dog and remove lint

• Weekly: check oil level and add special sewing machine oil

• Monthly: inspect drive belt, connecting rods and fasteners

• Prohibited: dry running, forced sewing on overly hard or thick materials
