Sole Edge Roughing Machine
This machine comes with an integrated all-in-one dust collection system. It can instantly suck up dust generated during grinding operations, drastically reducing dust dispersion and contamination in workshops and optimizing the on-site production environment.
The equipment is fitted with a pure copper core power motor that delivers powerful output and stable, long-lasting operation, fully adapting to uninterrupted mass production in shoe factories. The grinding wheel adopts a quick-disassembly structure, enabling simple and fast replacement of abrasive wheels with different grit sizes, flexibly accommodating various sole materials and different surface roughness requirements. The machine body is equipped with an angle-adjustable LED work light, providing bright and sufficient illumination for fine processing of tiny sole edge corners. A closed dust storage drawer is matched to collect dust centrally for easy unified cleaning without secondary dust scattering during waste disposal.
The whole machine frame is integrally fabricated from thickened steel plates, featuring a stable structure with extremely low vibration during grinding. It produces uniform and consistent grinding textures to guarantee stable precision of sole roughing processing. The machine adopts a simple button control layout equipped with an emergency stop button. Its intuitive operation logic allows workers to operate independently after short basic training. It boasts wide processing compatibility and can grind mainstream sole materials on the market including rubber, PU, EVA and TPR.
Soles roughened by this machine will form regular and uniform rough textures on the surface, expanding the contact area for adhesive bonding and greatly enhancing sole bonding strength, fundamentally lowering the defective rate of finished shoe delamination. The machine features a compact and small overall structure with a small floor footprint, making it convenient to embed into assembly line layouts as well as for independent small workstations in shoe mold workshops. Standard consumable spare parts for the machine are highly universal and easy to procure, effectively cutting daily maintenance costs.
