Rubber Vulcanizing Press, Four-Column Double-Layer Hydraulic Molding Machine for Molded Forming of Rubber Soles and Rubber Sheets
This machine adopts a heavy-duty integrally cast thickened machine frame with a four-column rigid support structure. The clamping force is evenly distributed without bias pressure, enabling complete integrated vulcanization molding of rubber soles with uniform internal density and no local soft-hard differences. The equipment is equipped with a double-layer independent heating plate structure, allowing multiple sets of molds to be placed simultaneously for synchronous vulcanization operations, which greatly boosts single-batch production capacity and the overall processing efficiency of the production line.

It is matched with a high-precision intelligent temperature control system, with temperature control error strictly controlled within ±2℃. The heating plates deliver balanced heat transfer to ensure consistent vulcanization degree of rubber raw materials, completely eliminating finished product defects such as under-vulcanization, over-vulcanization, surface stickiness and scorched edges.
An independent split hydraulic station is configured to output stable and continuous pressure with stepless adjustment support. The fixture comes with a buffer shock-absorbing structure to reduce impact and abrasion at the moment of mold closing, effectively extending the service life of molds. The control system integrates dual control modes of PLC touch screen and physical buttons. Vulcanization temperature, pressure holding duration and mold clamping pressure can be preset and stored in advance.
The whole cycle of vulcanization pressurization, heat preservation, pressure relief and mold opening runs fully automatically to cut down manual intervention. Multiple safety protection components are installed all around the machine frame, including safety light curtains, hydraulic automatic overpressure relief valves and emergency stop buttons, fully eliminating risks of extrusion and scalding for operators during mold loading and unloading and significantly lifting workshop production safety factor. The heating plates undergo high-precision surface grinding treatment with high flatness and stable uniform heat conduction, producing rubber soles with smooth surfaces free of concave-convex defects.

The equipment is applicable to processing rubber soles, rubber decorative strips, buffer gaskets and various special-shaped rubber fittings, covering all categories of rubber auxiliary materials for footwear. The entire hydraulic oil circuit is fitted with industrial-grade oil-resistant and wear-resistant sealing parts featuring anti-aging and anti-leakage performance, with few leakage faults under long-term mass production conditions, markedly lowering later maintenance and part replacement costs.
The four-column frame of the whole machine boasts sufficient rigidity and will not deform under long-term full-load high-pressure production, delivering superior equipment durability.
This four-column double-layer hydraulic rubber vulcanizing press is supporting equipment for professional rubber sole processing factories, various rubber product production workshops, complete shoemaking production line factories and new shoe material R&D centers.
It is mainly used for hot-press vulcanization molding of rubber soles, rubber edge wrapping decorative strips, buffer gaskets and all types of special-shaped rubber fittings, widely adapted to the production of rubber components for all footwear categories including casual shoes, labor safety work shoes, sports shoes and rain boots. Two standard tonnage specifications are optional for the equipment, which can meet both small-batch trial sample production of new products and large-scale assembly line mass production of factories.

Relying on balanced hydraulic pressure and a high-precision constant temperature control system, every batch of finished rubber products achieves sufficient vulcanization with highly unified three core physical property indicators of wear resistance, flex resistance and dimensional stability, fully meeting the factory delivery quality standards for rubber soles in the shoemaking industry.
The equipment is equipped with standardized complete operation procedures. Before startup production, operators shall fully inspect the hydraulic oil tank liquid level, whole machine circuit wiring, cleanliness of heating plates, as well as safety protection devices such as light curtains and emergency stop buttons to confirm all components work normally.
Next, set the corresponding vulcanization constant temperature, pressure holding time and mold clamping pressure on the dual-control operation panel according to the rubber raw material formula and mold process standards. Place molds filled with rubber raw materials stably and centrally on the lower heating plate, start the mold closing program, and the equipment will automatically complete pressurization mold locking and constant temperature vulcanization processes.
Upon completion of vulcanization timing, the machine automatically relieves pressure and releases the mold. Operators take out molded rubber soles and simultaneously clean residual rubber flash inside molds. After finishing all daily production tasks, turn off the heating system and hydraulic power unit in sequence, thoroughly clean the heating plates and complete routine basic inspection and maintenance.

The equipment is matched with standardized periodic maintenance specifications. Daily maintenance requires checking the hydraulic oil liquid level, wiping dust and oil stains on the machine frame, and testing each safety protection device one by one to verify sensitivity and effectiveness. Weekly maintenance focuses on checking all hydraulic pipeline joints for oil seepage and leakage, tightening all loose connecting bolts on the machine frame, and calibrating temperature sensors to eliminate temperature deviation.
Monthly maintenance includes regular replacement of filter elements in the hydraulic system, filling high-temperature special lubricating grease on four-column guide rods, and comprehensive inspection of aging and leakage conditions of oil circuit sealing parts. The main power supply of the whole machine must be cut off before carrying out any equipment maintenance and repair work, and residual pressure inside the hydraulic system shall be released. When replacing sealing parts, only original factory spare parts of matching specifications shall be selected to guarantee stable sealing and pressure holding performance of the hydraulic system.
The whole machine features a low operation learning threshold. With full-automatic PLC program control, ordinary workshop workers can independently complete process parameter setting and equipment startup/shutdown operation after short simple training. The full vulcanization molding cycle runs in automatic circulation without the need for full-time on-site personnel supervision.
The equipment is mainly designed for rubber vulcanization molding processes, and can also be compatible with hot-press shaping operations of some thermoplastic materials and foaming materials after adjusting temperature, pressure and pressure holding parameters. From the perspective of green energy-saving, high-efficiency mass production and circular production, the independent split hydraulic station outputs pressure on demand to reduce idle standby power consumption.
The double-layer double-station heating structure raises single processing output. The integrally cast machine main body is sturdy and durable with a long service life, lowering the equipment depreciation cost allocated to each single product. Consumable parts such as sealing parts and filter elements can be replaced separately without replacing the whole machine, reducing factory production consumable and energy expenditure from multiple dimensions and assisting rubber shoemaking workshops in realizing high-efficiency, low-loss, safe and stable large-scale circular production.
