Vacuum UV Exposure Unit (Vacuum Screen Printing Frame)
This equipment boasts multiple core performance advantages. Equipped with a silent and stable vacuum pump, it delivers fast pumping speed and long service life. The power of UV lamps is freely adjustable, compatible with both thin film positives and thick photosensitive plates. The machine is fitted with a fully transparent sealed cover, preventing air bubbles inside during plate making and fundamentally avoiding printed pattern distortion.
The exposure time supports automatic timing setting from 1 to 999 seconds, matching plate-making raw materials of various materials. The unit features one-touch automatic exposure function, eliminating repeated parameter adjustments for operators. Multiple internal lamps are evenly arranged to achieve uniform light distribution without light and shade differences. Matched with a touch display screen, all operating parameters can be adjusted simply and intuitively.
It can produce fine lines, full-solid background patterns and all kinds of complex shoe texture patterns, compatible with all conventional photosensitive plates on the market. The cover and vacuum pump related components are detachable for extremely convenient daily cleaning and maintenance.
The whole machine is equipped with aging-resistant and wear-resistant vacuum hoses, effectively cutting maintenance and replacement costs under long-term production. It also features an automatic alarm mechanism for air leakage and lamp failure, greatly reducing scrap loss of raw materials such as plates and film positives.

The equipment features standardized and complete operating procedures. Before startup, operators shall inspect the machine power supply, vacuum pipeline and operating status of UV exposure lamps one by one. Adjust lamp power, vacuum suction and exposure time according to the thickness of the applied plates. Before formal mass plate making, conduct sample exposure test with small pieces of film positives. During operation, lay film positives and photosensitive plates flat in place, activate the vacuum pumping function until all air inside the worktable is fully exhausted. After completing all daily plate-making work, cut off the main power supply of the machine and clean residual waste and debris on the worktable in a timely manner.
