This machine is equipped with multiple groups of independently adjustable spray nozzles to achieve uniform coating of treatment agent on shoe uppers and outsoles. It adopts segmented circulating hot‑air drying together with exhaust filtration to remove residual volatile mist. The stepless adjustable conveyor speed can meet different daily production capacity requirements. Centralized control is realized via digital touch screen, supporting one‑click parameter saving and recall. The fully‑closed spraying cabin reduces agent volatilization and material waste. Its closed‑loop temperature control system maintains stable constant‑temperature operation and prevents overheating.

The split‑modular design facilitates transportation, installation and daily maintenance. Integrated safety protective covers and emergency‑stop buttons guarantee operational safety. It is widely compatible with all mainstream footwear upper and outsole materials. Detachable nozzle components can be easily disassembled and cleaned to avoid blockage. The centralized waste‑liquid recovery structure prevents chemical contamination on the ground, and built‑in fault self‑detection alarm helps cut defective products triggered by equipment anomalies.
This Automatic Spraying & Drying Integrated Line is applicable to sneaker factories, leather shoe workshops, slipper manufacturers, eco bio‑EVA sole processing plants and footwear automated assembly workshops. It performs quantitative spraying and constant‑temperature curing of shoe surface treatment agent, which is an indispensable pre‑bonding process. It is suitable for flyknit sneakers, casual leather shoes, dad shoes, children’s footwear, safety shoes and rubber slippers. Adjustable spraying flow, conveyor speed and drying temperature adapt to leather, fabric, EVA and rubber materials, forming uniform priming layers that significantly boost subsequent upper‑to‑sole bonding strength and reduce the degumming defective rate of finished shoes.

Before startup, operators shall inspect the power supply, spray pipelines, circulating heating system and exhaust fan. Set conveyor speed, drying temperature and nozzle flow according to shoe material types, and carry out small‑sample spraying and drying tests prior to continuous mass production. Place uppers or outsoles neatly on the conveyor belt and start automatic cyclic production; after daily work, shut down all units, clean residual agent inside nozzles and recycle waste liquid. For installation, lay each split module on flat solid ground, align conveyor tracks and reserve heat‑dissipation space. Connect AC380V power supply with reliable grounding for every section, assemble spray pipelines, exhaust filters and circulating air ducts in accordance with the operation manual, run a 5‑10‑minute no‑load test and complete debugging of temperature and spraying parameters with real shoe samples.
