Fitted with a digital thickness adjustment panel, it achieves precise tolerance control and effectively reduces foam material consumption. Adopting dual independent drive motors, the equipment delivers stable, continuous and high-speed feeding performance. 


The fully enclosed foam debris collection cover effectively reduces workshop dust pollution, and the quick-calibration feeding roller design enables convenient blade wear compensation without equipment disassembly. It supports one-key switching between manual and automatic modes to adapt to diverse flexible production requirements. Equipped with an emergency stop button and full protective housing, the machine completely avoids cutting safety hazards. It is widely compatible with both conventional petroleum-based EVA and sugarcane-derived bio-based EVA foam materials.

To ensure standardized and safe operation, operators shall inspect the power supply, feeding rollers and blade sharpness before startup, and adjust the cutting thickness and feeding speed according to the hardness of foam materials. A small sample cutting test is mandatory before formal mass production. Place the foam materials flat on the feeding platform and switch to automatic mode for continuous oblique cutting. Shut down the equipment and clean internal foam debris after daily operation. For installation, place the machine on a flat and solid ground and reserve sufficient space for heat dissipation and daily maintenance. Connect the AC380V power supply with reliable grounding. Install the feeding rollers, self-grinding blade assembly and dust collection cover in strict accordance with the operating manual. Conduct a 5–10 minutes no-load test and complete parameter debugging with foam samples to finish the whole installation process.
