2026 VFM (Vietnam Int’l Footwear Machinery & Material Industry Exhibition) covers over 70% of Vietnam’s footwear manufacturers. It gathers automated shoemaking equipment, eco-friendly materials and adhesives, serving as a core platform for sourcing and OEM cooperation in Southeast Asia.
Exhibition Info: October 14–17, 2026, SECC Ho Chi Minh (Hall A/B). Opening hours: 09:00–17:00 daily, closes at 15:00 on the final day. Only professional visitors aged 16+ are admitted. Business dress code is mandatory; shorts and slippers are prohibited.

Eligibility: Professional manufacturing and trading enterprises from ASEAN, China, Hong Kong (China), Macau (China), Taiwan (China), India, Bangladesh, Japan and South Korea, covering footwear, apparel, textile machinery and raw materials.
Deadline: August 31, 2026 (prime booths allocated first-come, first-served).

4. Customs Clearance Rules
Exhibition goods adopt 2700 temporary import code with duty-free policy via official partner AEL Logistics. Invoices must be marked “Sample Only, Not for Sale”. Over-declaration or under-declaration is strictly forbidden.
Chemical products require MSDS; machinery over 10 years old is prohibited. After exhibition, goods can be re-exported, taxed for local sales or officially destroyed. On-site private sales are illegal and penalized. Disputed territorial maps are banned.
5. China Regional Exhibition Subsidies
VTG & VFM are official key RCEP overseas exhibitions eligible for government booth fee subsidies.
Guangdong: Up to 80% booth fee subsidy, max CNY 30,000/booth with municipal overlay support.
Zhejiang (Focus: Wenzhou): High subsidy ratio up to 80% for footwear and machinery enterprises; group exhibitions enjoy priority approval.
Fujian (Focus: Quanzhou & Jinjiang):
Preferential policies for local textile and footwear clusters; partial support for construction and logistics with high approval rate.
Jiangsu, Shandong, Guangxi: Included in official overseas exhibition subsidy catalogs for SMEs.
