Raw pellets are sealed upon delivery. Keep packages sealed before processing to avoid moisture absorption. If moisture content exceeds standard, dry pellets at constant temperature of 80°C for 3 to 4 hours prior to production to eliminate foaming defects. During production, accurately adjust temperature, pressure and holding time of supercritical foaming equipment according to PEBAX hardness grade to achieve optimal expansion ratio and forming parameters. Always complete small-batch trial foaming before mass production; commence volume manufacturing only after cell structure, rebound rate and forming stability pass inspection.Do not mix with other plastic pellets during processing, otherwise impurities will trigger unstable foaming, uneven cell distribution and reduced resilience. Maintain steady and consistent feeding speed to realize continuous, stable and standardized mass production on the whole production line.


Store raw pellets in dedicated cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouses. Control ambient humidity below 60%. Keep away from rain, moisture, heat sources and direct sunlight. Stack bags neatly; prevent sharp objects from piercing packaging and causing moisture contamination. Immediately reseal leftover materials after unpacking to sustain moisture barrier performance. Follow strict FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management to guarantee fresh and stable raw materials.


For daily production maintenance, inspect pellet appearance before feeding every day to prevent damp agglomerates and foreign particles entering the production line. Conduct weekly sampling tests for moisture content and fully record batch information to achieve traceability and controllable quality.Important operational note: PEBAX pellets readily absorb moisture. Direct processing of damp pellets easily causes foaming voids, cell rupture and forming defects, therefore pre-drying is a mandatory procedure.
