EVA Foam Liner For Shoe Making
This high‑elastic closed‑cell EVA cushioning foam is a specialized footwear material developed for comfort‑oriented inner components of sports shoes. Built with fine, uniform closed‑cell foam structure, it delivers superior shock absorption and impact‑absorbing capacity. It evenly disperses foot pressure during walking and sports, greatly optimizing wearing comfort at skin‑contact areas including shoe tongues, ankle collars and heel liners, and effectively relieves discomfort caused by rubbing and squeezing.
The material features stable and long‑lasting compression‑resilient performance. It resists collapse, slackness and permanent deformation after prolonged repeated extrusion and bending, maintaining consistent cushioning and supporting effects to extend the overall service life of finished shoes. Outstanding lightweight property ensures sufficient rebound and cushioning without adding extra weight to footwear, perfectly meeting mainstream lightweight‑design requirements for running shoes, basketball shoes and other athletic footwear.

The unique closed‑cell structure provides inherent moisture‑proof and water‑resistant performance with low water absorption. It hardly accumulates moisture even under sweaty or humid conditions, fundamentally preventing mildew growth and material hardening / brittleness inside shoes, suitable for year‑round wear and humid‑climate regions. Rigorously tested flex‑resistance enables over one‑million‑cycle bending without edge collapse or fracture, well adapting to frequent flexion of shoe collars and shoe tongues in real‑world service.
The foam has smooth and fine surface with strong bonding strength when laminated with knit fabric, fly‑knit mesh and elastic textiles. No delamination or debonding occurs after hot‑press lamination. Fully compatible with mainstream shoemaking processes such as die‑cutting and hot pressing. Clean, smooth and burr‑free cutting edges enable direct connection with automatic cutting production lines for large‑scale mass‑production.
Two standard thickness grades are available. The thin grade is soft and lightweight for tongue padding and lightweight inner linings; the thick grade offers stronger rebound and support for ankle collars, heel cushions and structural parts requiring enhanced shock protection. Manufactured with low‑odor eco‑friendly formula, free of pungent smell and compliant with global general footwear environmental standards. Safe for direct‑skin‑contact inner shoe components.

Roll‑formed with stable production technology, the foam delivers uniform thickness across full roll width with minimal thickness tolerance among batches. Balanced internal density is nearly free of large voids or material defects. It guarantees consistent cushioning hand‑feel for mass‑produced items, improves nesting utilization rate and reduces raw‑material waste during die‑cutting.
Clean trimming scraps generated during processing can be collected and recycled for re‑manufacturing. Outer paper cores are reusable. It reduces consumption loss from raw‑material application to scrap recycling, helping shoe factories and footwear‑material processors build clean, low‑carbon, efficiency‑oriented circular‑production systems.
For daily storage, keep rolls in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse away from high temperature and direct sunlight. Avoid heavy stacking pressure to preserve original elasticity and physical properties over long shelf life. Supported by complete storage and processing guidelines, it serves stable procurement demands from sports‑shoe factories, footwear‑material laminating workshops and footwear‑accessory suppliers.
