TPR Roll Sheet

Made of thermoplastic TPR, this material boasts outstanding processability, and leftover scraps can be recycled upon reheating. It delivers favorable surface friction and stable anti-slip properties for shoe soles on both dry and wet surfaces. Featuring a soft texture and quiet walking performance, it is ideal for daily footwear. The sheet supports easy cutting, die cutting and hot pressing, and forms strong adhesion with vamp fabrics. Formulated with low odor and free of harmful plasticizers, the material maintains stable color and resists blooming.

Its hardness can be widely adjusted to manufacture lightweight soft soles and medium-hard load-bearing soles. Possessing excellent low-temperature toughness, it is not prone to cracking under ordinary cold conditions. Supplied in continuous coils, the material facilitates automatic feeding and boosts continuous production efficiency for factories.

Consistent quality across batches minimizes deviation between rolls and helps lower defect rates. This thermoplastic rubber coil serves as a versatile raw material for shoe material factories and rubber processors. Within the footwear sector, it is used for sneaker outsoles, casual shoe soles, slipper soles, children shoe soles, sandal soles, heel anti-slip gaskets and inner shoe cushions. It is also applicable to daily necessities including household anti-slip mats, furniture anti-collision pads and soft protective sleeves for handles.

Additional uses cover industrial silent shock-absorbing gaskets, equipment anti-slip feet and sealing buffer strips, luggage bottom wear-resistant cushions and soft shoulder strap liners, as well as buffer liners for protective gear and anti-slip components for fitness equipment.

The product adopts a low-VOC green composite formula without excessive heavy metals, complying with international footwear environmental standards and safeguarding the occupational health of frontline workers. The calendering workshop utilizes a heat recovery system to cut power consumption. Production wastewater undergoes sedimentation and filtration for recycling without direct discharge.

As a thermoplastic substance, TPR can be recycled. Clean cutting scraps can be reused, generating less solid waste than thermosetting rubber. Each coil is wrapped with recyclable PE protective film, and outer cartons are made of recycled corrugated cardboard printed with water-based ink to cut single-use plastic waste. We implement standardized labor management in production workshops to ensure proper working conditions and reasonable working hours, and advocate circular material concepts with downstream partners to achieve low-carbon development across the footwear industry.

Compared with natural rubber, TPR features thermoplastic recyclability, simpler processing and better overall cost efficiency together with reliable anti-slip performance for everyday shoe soles. Hardness can be customized from Shore A 50 to 85 to satisfy various sole hardness demands. It comes in a standard width of 1000mm with optional thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 6mm. Beyond shoe soles, it can be processed into daily anti-slip mats, industrial shock pads, luggage fittings and sports protective accessories. Clean leftover TPR scraps can be reheated and recycled for secondary manufacturing. The low-odor, low-heavy-metal formulation supports compliance with REACH and California Prop 65. Goods are packed one roll per export carton with dust-proof PE film protection.
